Project Donska was a pilot BIM (Building Information Modelling) project of an existing apartment building in Prague, which will effectively serve in the management of the building and at the same time it will be usable in case of building modifications. A survey of the current state was performed using the 3D laser scanning method in normal operation. Using the program Autodesk Revit, the structure model was then processed to the required level of detail – Level of detail IV.
