This was a pilot BIM project for a training center manager. The goal was to create a BIM structure using Autodesk Revit, which will serve as a basis for an efficient property management system. The survey was carried out using photogrammetry in combination with 3D laser scanning and classical geodetic methods. This made it possible to create a very accurate 3D point cloud model that was used to process BIM documentation containing all the required elements of the structure, including the descriptive information required.
