What are the As-Built BIM Model and the BIM Ready Model?
The BIM model is a Digital Twin of the object, containing the data structure of information of each modelled element.
The BIM Ready Model is a spatial model ready to have descriptive information inserted into individual elements.
Because we create our BIM models using 3D laser scanning, extremely high accuracy is achieved, which allows the models to be used throughout the entire life of the building.
By specifying the detail for a given BIM model, considerable cost and time savings can be achieved. The LOD specification is set during data collection because it determines the point cloud density required to build a BIM model. Our real-time BIM models accommodate all the graphical as well as non-graphical information according to client needs.
